Dear Parent/Guardians:
Exciting News!!.....The 2023-2024 student information and permission forms are ready to access and update. Please complete this important task today so that everything is updated and ready to go on the first day of school! Simply follow these steps:
FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED USING A COMPUTER - NOT A MOBILE DEVICE
1) Go to: https://bluecreek.powerschool.com and sign into your account.
We also have a link to PowerSchool on our website: www.bluecreekschool.org
and go to Parent Resources and select PowerSchool for Parents.
2) Sign into your account and go to Forms on the left hand side of the page under Navigation.
3) Complete each of the forms listed under “general forms.” To access the forms simply click on the title. Remember to hit submit at the bottom of the page. If you have more than one student at Blue Creek School, repeat this process for each of your students. You will be able access additional students via the tabs at the top left of the page.
